There's a whole lotta sequels in the works for 2019.

It's going to be a banner year for Disney, as the Magic Kingdom brings forth major new Marvel and Star Wars movies. Herewith, everything the House of Mouse of releasing this year—and everything you need to know about its releases.

Early reviews are in and word has it this super-tale has a surprise character stealing the show: Goose the cat. Don't worry, fans are raving over Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel too. She's flying into theaters next month.

Fans of the adorable baby elephant you just want to hug won't have to wait much longer. Tim Burton's visually masterful reboot of the circus tale that made you cry as a kid is on its way to the big top. And though it's live action, starring Colin Farrell and Eva Green, the little guy is a CGI-created pachyderm.

The dating world is cold—especially for Steve, the Adélie seabird who's the centerpiece of Disneynature's latest Earth Day documentary. Always dressed to the nines, Steve leads a film crew through the icy landscape of Antarctica on a quest to find his soul mate and start a family. Heart = warmed.

After 10+ years, 20 Marvel movies, and countless conspiracy theories, admit it: You're curious about the end game. A direct follow-up to the Infinity War where Thanos wiped out half the universe, Endgame and its plot remains a mystery. But you can count on Captain Marvel making an entrance and playing a vital role in the matter.

When you see action maestro Guy Ritchie's name attached to a Disney production, you know you've entered a whole new world. Ritchie, a visionary whose love of slow-motion bullet time runs deep, will direct this magic carpet ride starring Will Smith as the Genie and Mena Massoud and Naomi Scott as Aladdin and Jasmine.

Sophie Turner, known to many as Lady of Winterfell Sansa Stark, is ditching the furry robe for a fiery number in her next venture, an X-Men movie that explores the light and dark sides of superhero Jean Grey. James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, and Jessica Chastain are suiting up as well.

We're not crying, you're crying—actually, everybody's crying. If the news of Tom Hanks and Tim Allen getting emotional over wrapping the fourth (and final?) chapter of the toy-box series is any indication, we're going to need a squeegee to mop up all the tears as we join Buddy, Jessie, and newbie Forky on an animated road trip.

Set during the events that follow Endgame, Spider-Man: Far From Home takes its Spandex-wearing do-gooder, well, far from home. Peter Parker (Tom Holland) heads to Europe for summer vacation and, of course, quickly learns that superheroes don't really get days off.

Pride Rock will soon be covered with the creatures of the animal kingdom again, as Jon Favreau is rebooting the beloved animated classic about a lion cub who becomes king. Though it's called live-action, all of the critters will be CGI-created, and voices include entertainment royalty: Beyoncé and Donald Glover.

Now that we've said goodbye to Wolverine, there's ample space for the X-Men crew to expand. Enter: the new mutants, a group of young X gene-carrying teenagers all discovering their abilities while forcibly contained in a creep facility. This one carries a heavier horror tone, so be prepared for the chills.

It's been almost 20 years since interest in a movie adaptation of Eoin Colfer's sci-fi fantasy about a pint-size evil genius fluttered through the industry. Finally, Artemis fans are getting the glossy adventure they were promised—with Kenneth Branagh directing and Dame Judi Dench starring as Commander Root, no less. We think it's safe to say there will be more adaptations of the eight-book series.

When it comes to the tight-lipped storyline and rumors swirling around this much-anticipated sequel, we say, let it go! At this point, there's simply just not that much we can tell you about your favorite Arendelle royals. The same directing and composing crews are back, and Sterling K. Brown and Evan Rachel Wood are joining the team—though details of their characters remain under wraps.

In a galaxy far, far away, director J.J. Abrams will bring the Skywalker saga to a close. Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Daisy Ridley as Rey, and John Boyega as Finn are all returning; new faces include Keri Russell and Naomi Ackie. It should make for quite the light show, so make sure your lightsabers are fully charged.
